September 11-12, 2010 - The SW Missouri Boer Goat Classic will be held in Nevada, Missouri. Please note: the MJBGA Youth Show that was previously advertised has been cancelled. Instead, an additional ABGA sanctioned show was added. This means that there will be 3 exciting ABGA sanctioned shows! Click here for a flyer with additional information.

September 18, 2010 - 9:30 AM: Dr. Steve Hart from Langston University, Langston, OK will host a Goat Management Seminar prior to the Southwestern Division's 2nd Annual Production Sale. This seminar is free of charge and open to the public. Everyone needs periodic training or refresher training!

September 18, 2010 - 1:00 PM: Southwestern Division of MMGPA will hold its 2nd Annual Production Sale at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, Springfield, MO. Many well-known Missouri Boer Goat and Meat Goat breeders will be offering a quality selection of bucks, open does, and bred does. The goats can be viewed on Friday, September 17, from 5 pm - 8 pm and Saturday, September 18, from 9 am - 1 pm. The catalog is expected can be online at www.boergoats.com on approximately September 1. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend the seminar and the production sale!

November 6, 2010 -- The Northern Division will hold a "Full Blood Boer Buck Sale" at the Litton Ag Center, north of Chillicothe. These will be goats from bloodlines that have proven to be competitors on the show circuit in the past. They will also be selling percentage and full blood does. Watch for updates.
